These are our standard usage rates, in Indian rupees, with GST shown separately. Our pilot is still arranged directly with Amam: there is no online checkout yet.
STANDARD SERVICE RATES
What each message and AI request costs.
Charges are taken from a prepaid wallet only after a request succeeds, and every charge appears in your statement with its GST. A rate agreed with you in writing for your company applies instead of the standard rate. Amam's service charges are separate from Meta's own WhatsApp fees and from provider invoices described below.
WhatsApp provider usage
WhatsApp usage can incur provider charges. The amount depends on the message and the applicable provider pricing. We do not advertise unlimited or free messaging.
Optional AI processing
Your configured OpenAI or Gemini service can charge for AI requests. Recording analysis also uses ElevenLabs transcription, which is a separate cost.
CONTROL BEFORE CONSUMPTION
Set allowances for each company.
The platform owner can configure separate monthly AI and WhatsApp allowances for each company. Missing or zero allowances pause paid provider requests.
Usage controls rely on configured estimates and recorded activity. They are not a guarantee of the final provider bill. Actual charges should be reconciled against provider invoices.
Creating a pilot workspace does not connect providers or activate paid services.
