1. Send your request
Email virajtolia30@gmail.com with the subject “Amam CRM data deletion request”. Include your company or workspace name, your account email or relevant phone number, and which information you want deleted.
If you do not have an Amam account but communicated with a business using the Platform, include that business’s name and enough detail to identify the conversation. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, API tokens or unnecessary identity documents.
2. Verification and scope
We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority. If the records belong to a business customer, we may need that business’s instructions or help you contact it. Tell us whether you are requesting deletion of your account, particular contact/conversation records, or information associated with a Meta connection.
We will assess what can be deleted and explain any information that must be retained for applicable legal, security or recordkeeping reasons. Ask the privacy contact for the status of your request.
3. Meta access and stored records
You can manage or remove the Platform’s authorization in your Meta account’s business integration settings. You can also ask Amam to help disconnect a connection you are authorized to manage.
Disconnecting Meta access and deleting stored CRM information are separate actions. Revoking access does not automatically erase historical records, and deleting Platform records does not delete information independently held by Meta, WhatsApp or another business.
4. Backups and completion
Deletion from active systems does not necessarily remove backup copies immediately. Backups follow their retention and rotation process and may include information subject to limited legal or security retention. We will explain relevant limitations when responding to your request.
